You are the only one with access to your unit. You provide you own lock and keep the key.
At American Way Storage, we prorate the first months rent. What this means is that you only pay fo rthe portion of the month you will use. Your billing date will be on the 1st of every month thereafter.
No, we currently do not sell any moving or packing supplies.
Any items left in your space are your responsibility. We will continue to charge your payment method on file until your space is empty and unlocked.
No, we do not provide locks. We recommend using a high-security disc lock or sometimes referred to as cylinder lock.
American Way Storage has a one-month minimum rental commitment. All of our spaces are operated as month to month rentals. We do not charge a security deposit. We do charge a one-time, non-refundable admin fee at the time of the rental.
Our rates vary depending on the location and size of the storage unit that you are needing. Our customer service associates are available at 217-215-3080 and will happily assist you in determining the appropriate sized space that is most suitable for your needs and budget.
After completing the rental process online, you have immediate access to your storage unit. No waiting or meeting anyone to gain access.
